Q. Do we have a showroom?
A. No we are internet based only
Q. Do you post to Canada?
A. Yes we will post our items to overseas countries, postage costs will vary from item to item and to different countries see our TERMS page.
Q. Do you give a discount on postage for multiple purchases?
A. Yes, but please email for details and prices as items vary in weight and size also some are very fragile like large mirrors and will have to be wrapped and sent separately.
Q. What postal service do you use for the UK?
A. We use royal mail for UK postage on items up to 20kg and 1.5 meters by 1.5 meters when wrapped, any larger or heavier items will be posted through other courier please see our TERMS page.
Q. What postal service do you use for overseas customers?
A. We use a courier, more information can be found on our TERMS page.
Q. Can we collect as we live local to you?
A. Yes of course just contact us to confirm.
Q. We have seen a mirror we like in your Commission Pieces could you make one like this for us?
A. Yes just contact us quote the reference code TAO/ of the item and we will email you. We welcome commissions for more information on how to order a commission piece please go to our COMMISSION page.
