Shopping online with us is easy. Simply browse through our shop products. Once you have found what you are looking for click the order button, this will then add to your cart. Postage will be automatically added for you. When you have finished ordering the checkout button will take you to payment.

You may either pay by Paypal or by cheque.
Paypal is a secure, free, easy way to buy online. Pay with your bank
account, debit card, credit card or your Paypal balance. The choice is
yours.
Paying by cheque.
Please state when ordering if you wish to pay by cheque we will then
send you details on whom to make the cheque payable and where to send
it to.
Refunds and Returns
All items are checked before they are sent out however if you do wish to return, then items may be returned within seven days of receipt in original packaging undamaged and unused. A full refund will be given less postage costs.

Standard parcels are delivered in 3-5 working days.
All the UK postage & packaging prices are listed next to the item in our
shop, we do give postage discount on multiple items,
please contact us for details and prices as
items vary in weight and size, also some are fragile i.e. large mirrors
and have to be wrapped and sent separately. *
International Postage
We offer a worldwide service through UPS, if you are placing an order from a country outside the UK then please contact us for a postage cost.
The customer is responsible for paying V.A.T (value added tax), taxes and duties imposed by their country upon receipt of the goods.
Product Care
Wood adds warmth and beauty to any room in your house. Here are a few
tips to keep it looking good: never hang directly above or near sources
of heat, also in or near damp areas i.e. bathrooms ect., that hold a lot of
condensation.
We hand wax all of our items using Liberon natural wax found at any
good timber yard/shop. We recommend that you periodically re-wax your
item, always using a lint free cloth to keep it good condition and
looking great.

nature of the products we sell, many of which contain glass, we advise
our customers to take extreme care when opening packages to avoid

injuries caused by goods received from us.
Warning
Please use common sense when hanging items, be especially cautious and careful when hanging items over a bed, furniture, over electronic equipment, in a child's room ( or a room where children play ), in a bathroom, or any location where a person or animals could be injured or valuable property damaged should it fall. Please use a professional to hang your items for you. Please do not leave lit candles unattended as this could cause a fire hazard.
